Kwabena Ofori Addo (Executive Director)

Mr. Addo is a visionary and an entrepreneur with the technical ability to push the company to attain its goals. Having over a half decade’s experience in the construction sector, coupled with his passion and belief in excellence, Kwabena is the driving force behind this company. He has the ability to balance the challenge of innovation and pragmatism in his quest to drive the company to provide exclusive services in the property maintenance and facility management marketplace. Mr. Addo has acquired inviable experience from his affiliation with various companies in both Ghana and Turkey. He holds an MBA (Finance) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon and a BSc. degree from KNUST, Kumasi.

Victor Owusu (General Manager)

Mr. Owusu is a vibrant and energetic individual whose inclusion in the company is valued beyond measure. He has practical experience in the landscaping and gardening industry having worked with the Ghana Parks and Gardens. He currently oversees the company’s landscaping department. He holds a degree in Landscape design and MSc Project Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi

Jeffrey Tetteh-Obese Tettey (Head of Operations)

Jeffrey has over 10 years’ experience in business, project and operations, sales and marketing and business development management spanning multiple industries such as agriculture, hospitality and construction and facility management. A purpose driven, positive minded team player with a passion for solving problems. A creative with a love for systems building in organization. Interests included the performing arts, sports, reading and writing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from KNUST and an MBA in project management from GIMPA

Isaac Quarshie Ayertey (Project manager)

Isaac is a highly organized, data-driven, and a process-oriented certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). With over a decade of experience in the education and training industry, he is adept at stakeholder management, communication, quality control and assurance, resource management, and monitoring and controlling. He holds a BSc. degree in Applied Physics and an MSc. degree in Energy and Natural Resource Economics.

Elliot Defortse (Architect)

With over 14years experience in the built environment industry, Elliot is a licensed Architect with creative abilities in generating concepts and designing building projects. He also has practical and technical abilities to take the concept development and design stages onto the field for construction. Also worked in related fields of Architectural Interior design and fit outs for corporate institutions. Elliot holds a BSc. Architecture degree as well as PGDip. Architecture from KNUST.

Regina Sedor (Administrative Officer)

Regina Sedor is dynamic and pragmatic with an extensive experience in human relations and supervision. She currently oversees the day to day running of the company’s affairs as well as maps out the company’s market penetration strategies. She has an affinity for nature and is very passionate about social responsibilities. Regina Sedor holds a Diploma in Management from the University of Professional Studies and professional certificate in Database Technology from IPMC College of Technology.
